Volunteer positions
offer satisfaction and fun before and during the Sacramento County Fair
May 26-30, 2011.
Volunteers work a 4 to 8 hour shift during the Fair. Some positions
begin as early as May 17th. Most positions include a two hour
training session. Minimum age is 16.

The Award-Winning Sacramento County Fair is seeking dedicated and fun persons interested in seasonal and temporary employment.
We are seeking individuals from diverse backgrounds with past experience working at County Fairs to join our experienced team of fair
management professionals. Employment terms and hours vary by day and work to be completed.

Volunteer Positions Available
Information Ambassador/Building Monitors
Assist the public with directions, maps and hand out programs.
Needed Thursday, May 27th through Monday, May 31st.
Competitive Exhibits Crew
Help during receiving (May 21st & 22nd), judging and release of
the items entered for judging.
Metro Farm
Monitors or Docents
Monitor activities and assist with activities.
Kids Park
Assist with free hands-on activities in Kids Park.
